Shipping and Delivery Policy for Online Consultation (Terms and conditions for online consultation):

1. All the online consultation accounts will be valid for 1 year from the date of making the online consultation payment.
2. It is solely patient/user’s own responsibility to select the right subject/section as per his/her problem. If their selection of the subject/section is not according to the description of the issue, it would be his/her liability only. Further, he/she may not get any reply from the website/particular section’s Administrator and the consultation fee will not be refunded.
3. This is patient/user’s own responsibility to provide the accurate information related to him/her, asked by the website/particular section’s Administrator who will give the suggestions; accordingly.
4. A separate reply will be there for each individual’s query, which will not be applicable for everyone.
5. Whether to continue the consultation with the patient or not continue further will be at the sole discretion of the website/particular section’s Administrator.
6. The fee once paid will not be refunded in any case.
7. If the patient/user requires any type of treatment then, in that case, the website/particular section’s Administrator will provide the medicine subject to payment made by the patient/user.
8. The website/particular section’s Administrator will not be responsible for any irrelevant query by any user/patient. In case of irrelevant query, the fee paid shall not be refunded at all.

12. In one consultation, only one subject can be discussed, which the user starts at the initial beginning. Then it’s solely website/particular section’s Administrator’s decision whether to allow the user to ask another subject in the same discussion or ask for further consultation fee.
13. All the replies will be given within 7 working days on first cum first serve basis. In case of any delay due to any reason, the fee will not be refunded. 2. The required treatments will be provided from the clinic or if the patient can’t come or don’t want to come then in that case it will be dispatched within 7 working days on first cum first serve basis. And the charges for the Treatment or Counseling will be additional.
3. In case of the online counseling, the patient/user can make the payment for the online counseling through online payment gateway, i.e., PayPal or EBS. The online counseling charges may vary from person to person and will be calculated by the doctor as per the particular case.
4. In case the treatment is required then the person can make the payment at our clinic through Cash, DD, Debit or Credit Card. Or can directly deposit the money in Dr. Aftab’s Clinic Pvt. Ltd.’s bank account.
5. In case of any loss/damage while sending the medicines concerned by any means of transport whatsoever, the website/particular section’s Administrator will not be held responsible, and the money will not be returned.
6. This is the patients/user’s own responsibility to provide the accurate contact information and address for the shipping purpose.
7. If the online counseling has been suggested to the user and he/she has paid for that, then the user will be given a date and time to discuss the issue with us through online media or telephone and this will be patients/ user’s responsibility to call/chat at the given point of the time.
